Meet the Instructors
Expect bumping music and a class that doesn't stop! Classes are a combination of weight/band resistance training with bursts of HIIT cardio that will leave you burning calories all day long! We use weights, resistance bands, plyometrics, and barre movements.
I believe in the power of fitness with friends and in nature (whenever possible). Living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong physical body as well as maintaining strong social relationships.
I'm also a big believer in fast paced workouts that don't stop to upbeat music. Music is so important!
As a mom of three I get it. Life is busy and has a lot of ups and downs. My goal is to bring fitness to you with a level of flexibility that meets your busy life by offering semi-private pop up workouts and fitness parties as well as regularly scheduled workout classes.

Dr.Jeannie have been teaching Tai Chi/Qi Gong for 25 years. In her classes, you will learn how to connect heaven and earth energy; how to guide energy to different meridians/organs; how to balance yin and yang, left and right, front and back energy. Also teach you how to use acupressure to help with certain health issues!
Tai Chi /Qi Gong has become popular worldwide. Many are taking advantage of the many benefits from practicing this ancient art. Many scientific studies show the benefits of Tai Chi/Qi Gong includes (but not exclusively):
